Evo-Stik League Premier club Stourbridge have extended striker Luke Benbow’s loan until the end of January.
Fan favourite Benbow re-joined the Glassboys at the beginning of November from Vanarama National League side Solihull Moors and his initial loan expired after Saturday’s game at Workington AFC.
Since returning to the War Memorial Ground for his third spell at the club, Benbow has made seven appearances and scored 4 goals.
In total, he has scored 99 times for the Glassboys and will surely bring up his century soon.
As Benbow was sent-off during Saturday’s game at Workington, he will be missing for at least one game.
He was Stourbridge`s top scorer last season with 39 goals in all competitions before opting to move up to the National League with Solihull.
Stourbridge boss Gary Hackett told the club`s official Pitchero website: “Luke needs to play. He can get sharper, he knows that, because he hasn’t played a great deal of football.
“This is like a home for him and we can now move forward”.
