Sutton Coldfield Town may not have kicked a ball at the weekend, but it’s still been a busy time for the Evo-Stik League Premier club`s new manager Neil Tooth.

Progress has been made with the management team and both Phil Male and Andy Ling will be re-joining Tooth with immediate effect.

Tooth will continue to consider his options regarding an additional coach to his management team.

Meanwhile, on the player front, it`s one in, two out.

Jacob Wedderburn joins from league rivals Rushall Olympic.

Wedderburn is a young and versatile defender, accomplished at centre-half, full-back or in a defensive midfield role.

The two departing players are Michael Townsend and Louis Briscoe.

Townsend has brought his second spell with the Royals to an end and has joined Rushall Olympic and Briscoe has joined Mickleover Sports after a brief spell at Coles Lane.
