Four More New Gingerbreads

Adam Stevens, manager of Evo-Stik League Premier club Grantham Town, has announced his latest signings for the upcoming season

Reece Morris has joined from NPL South side Gresley FC.

Morris was a Gingerbreads target last season after impressing in an Integro League Cup match.

The left-sided winger, who joined the Moatmen in the summer of 2016 from ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division side Leicester Nirvana, received the supporters` and players` player of the year, the Directors award and joint top scorer award at Gresley last season.

After being released by Sky Bet League Two new boys Lincoln City, Andy Wright has returned to the Gingerbreads after spending time on loan with at The Meres last season.

Wright was handed his first professional contract in the summer of 2015 having progressed through the Imp’s scholarship programme.

The attacking midfielder caught the eye in the 2014/15 season, smashing 25 goals in the youth ranks, all from open play.

He spent the latter half of the 2015/16 season on loan with United Counties League Premier Division side Sleaford Town, having spent a month with Lincoln United earlier in the season, helping them to a place in the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Trophy.

He had further loan spells with Stamford AFC, Spalding United and Matlock Town as well as Grantham.

Midfielder Jack McMillan has joined following his release from League Two outfit Notts County.

McMillan spent time on loan at Vanarama National League North side Boston United and with the Gingerbreads` league rivals Coalville Town last season.

And finally joining from Lincoln City is Ryley Thompson, who is a left-back.

The teenager made one senior appearance for the Imps and also had a loan spell with Toolstation Northern Counties East Leaguers Brigg Town.
