In the squad for Evo-Stik League North club Glossop North End`s Buildbase FA Trophy upset at home to Evo-Stik League Premier side Matlock Town were new forward signings Tunde Owolabi from Hyde United and Zeph Thomas from Mickleover Sports to Glossop North End.

Thomas started the 3-2 win, while Owolabi came on as a second half substitute.

Twenty-one-year-old winger Owolabi had previously been at New Mills and impressed in Hyde United`s reserve side in an 8-1 win at FC United of Manchester at the beginning February which led to manager Darren Kelly signing him up.

Owolabi is a fast and skilful forward who signed for New Mills from Radcliffe Borough in February 2015.

In addition to New Mills and Radcliffe Borough, Owolabi is formerly of FC United and Clitheroe.

Much-travelled Thomas was in his second spell with Mickleover.

Thomas has played his recent club football for the likes of Boston United, Sheffield FC, Matlock Town, Goole AFC, Frickley Athletic, Stafford Rangers and Shaw Lane AFC having started his career at Rotherham United.

Thomas is an established player for his national team, St Kitts & Nevis, where he first made his debut back in 2012.
