Goalkeeper Dan Lowson has joined Ebac Northern League First Division club Morpeth Town on a month`s loan from Vanarama National League North side Spennymoor Town.
The experienced 29-year-old is now in his third season with Moors and was rewarded with a new contract last summer after a string of consistent performances.
He has played for Alfreton Town in the National League and has also represented Luton Town, Ilkeston FC and Blyth Spartans.
He held off strong challengers for a first-team berth last season with consistency and reliability.
He started off as first-choice this season, making nine starts, but none since September.
Lowson shot to worldwide fame in 2016 when he scored from his own box in the Emirates FA Cup.
The goal has been seen by more than 1million people and was voted ‘goal of the season 2016/17’ by Spennymoor fans.
