Poppies Bring In Thomas After Moors Release

Evo-Stik League South Premier club Kettering Town have announce the signing of full-back Kalern Thomas, who left Vanarama National League side Solihull Moors earlier this week.

The wing-back joined Moors during the summer, having been part of the Corby Town side that won the Evo-Stik League South title in 2014/15 before moving onto Boston United in the National League North.

He began his career on the books of Walsall before turning out for Quorn ahead of his eventual switch to Steel Park.

He made his debut for Solihull in the away game at Leyton Orient in the first game of this season and in all made nine appearances for Moors in the league, coming on as substitute in six of those

The experienced Thomas goes straight into the Poppies squad for the game against Stratford Town tomorrow.
