Two more of the fans favourites have committed to Hyde United for the 2018/19 Evo-Stik Northern Premier season.
Pacey winger Luke Porritt and goalkeeper Peter Crook join the already announced retained players.
Porritt ran many defenders ragged last season and frustrated many more for which he took a lot of knocks from doing so, from those defenders that knew they weren’t going to compete with him, so tried to hack him down instead.
Porritt made forty-six appearances for the Tigers last season scoring on 13 occasions.
A true fans` favourite, he won him the supporters` young player award at the end of season awards night.
Crook, who is a top-class goalkeeper, has agreed to keep goal next season for the Tigers.
Crook was instrumental in Hyde having the best defensive record in the league, only conceding 35 goals all season.
He made the most appearances last season, with forty-nine keeping seventeen clean sheets, with some outstanding saves to keep the Tigers in games.
