Glossop North End have re-signed well-travelled goalkeeper Russell Saunders from Evo-Stik League North rivals Trafford.
Saunders originally joined the Hillmen from Hyde United over the summer and was the regular first-choice stopper in the first two months of the season.
He was also sent-off against his former club Hyde back in August for handling outside the box.
He was allowed to leave in late October, subsequently returning to another of his ex-clubs, Trafford.
Beginning at Wigan Athletic, the now 29-year-old joined Stalybridge Celtic in the summer of 2008 upon his release by the Latics.
He has since had spells of varying lengths with Ashton United, Altrincham, Chorley, New Mills, Mossley AFC and Droylsden as well as Hyde, Trafford and Glossop.
Saunders` signing comes after James Aspinall was recalled from his loan with the Hillmen by SkyBet Championship Bolton Wanderers.
