Two more players with Midland League Division One club Hinckley AFC have departed for higher level clubs, while Brad Rolston has returned to Heath Hayes in search of more first-team football.
After impressing in the Emirates FA Cup tie between the clubs, Alex Morris has stepped up three levels to join Evo-Stik League Premier side Mickleover Sports, while Lee Miveld has signed for Midland League Premier Division side Rugby Town.
Morris is a tall, left-footed centre-back who joined the club in September 2014 after spells with Hednesford Town and Chasetown.
He was voted as the players’ player of the year at the end of an impressive first season in 2014/15 but left around Christmas the following season.
He re-united with Hinckley in the summer of 2017.
A former Coalville Town captain, Miveld has vast experience at Steps 4 and 5 level and, despite now being 36, still has plenty to offer.
He joined Hinckley AFC from county rivals Shepshed Dynamo in August.
He spent eight seasons with the Ravens during a successful spell at Owen Street, winning promotion from the Midland Alliance and helping them to an FA Vase Final appearance at Wembley.
His spells at Coalville sandwiched a brief period at Rugby, while he also counts Mickleover Sports and Grantham Town among his former clubs.
Meanwhile, young winger Rolston has found playing time limited since joining Hinckley in the summer and returns to league rivals Heath Hayes in search of more game time.
To counter those losses, manager Carl Abbott hopes to have new recruits signed in time to play against Brocton on Saturday.
