Bradford Park Avenue boss Mark Bower says holding top of the Vanarama National League North side Harrogate Town to a replay and then a narrow loss in the FA Cup shows what the team can achieve writes Tom Feaheny.

“The first goal is massive in the game, we have hit the inside of the post, had several good chances, we played well against a good side, who are top of our league,” Bower said.

“We doing really well in the second-half, they had that bit of luck but we can take credit from what we have done in the last two matches.”

They next take on Kidderminster Harriers in the league on Saturday, Bower says it is a match he is looking forward to.

“We have being doing okay in the league, we have good players in the side, it is all about maintain these levels, we know if we do that, then the results will keep on coming.

“It is another good footballing side, they will be similar to Harrogate Town, they have players with League experience so it will test us.”
