North Ferriby United boss Steve Housham says the ruthlessness of the Vanarama National League North means his side must improve quickly writes Tom Feaheny.
They were defeated 4-0 to Curzon Ashton at the weekend and next face Harrogate Town. As they look to get their first win on the board this season.
Housham knows they must do better as they look to get their season on track.
“It is simple we have to do more to get the wins. We want that to start with the game against Harrogate Town, our first home match of the season.
“We did play some good football and created chances. Their keeper made one great save that could have made a difference.
“We know how tough this league is and how those small margins can make all the difference.”
There next game is no easier as they face a side who won their game by four goals in Harrogate Town who for the first time in their history have started as a full-time side.
