Midland League Premier Division new boys Worcester City have completed the signing of former striker Mark Danks.
Danks is a fans` favourite and has enjoyed two previous spells with the club and comes back in good form from pre-season, scoring 3 goals in four games for new league rivals Boldmere St Michaels.
The well-travelled 33-year-old has had two previous spells with Worcester, along with stints with the likes of Hednesford Town, Forest Green Rovers, Halesowen Town, AFC Telford United and Stourbridge.
A seven-day request was issued by the club to Boldmere in order for discussions to take place with the player and the Mikes waived the seven-days to allow Danks to sign for City.

Meanwhile, following a successful pre-season, Shabir Khan has signed for the 2017/18 season.
Khan is another who needs no introduction to the City faithful, having played more than 180 times for the club since 2004.
In 2009, he was called up to the Pakistan national team where he scored against Bhutan.
Back in June, joint-manager John Snape said: “I am looking forward to working again with Shab, he brings a wealth of experience and could be instrumental for the coming season.”
And young striker Aaron Brett has signed the required forms to play in all competitions the club are involved in for the 2017/18 Season.
Known to many as `Bam-Bam`, Brett has been in fine form in pre-season, scoring 5 goals in two games.
