Michael Gash knows a thing or two about winning promotion – and now he wants to add King’s Lynn Town to his list.
Gash has gone up with Barnet and Kidderminster and after Lynn’s good start to the new season in the Evo-Stik South there is hope of adding another medal.
Gash surprised a few people when he dropped down to play at Step 3 but already it seems to be working out for him.
“The club want to try and push forward and get out of the league,” said the former Cambridge United player.
“I think we’ll be strong and with a bit of luck I can help them in the goals department.

“I’ve missed scoring goals and hopefully we can be near the top of the table.”
It’s been a great start for Lynn, who have beaten both Gosport Borough and Bishop’s Stortford.
On Saturday they travel to play Dorchester Town as they look to make it three wins in a row.
