Evo-Stik League South Premier club St Ives Town have announced the return to the ProEdge Stadium of striker James Hall.
The 27-year-old former Saint returns to the club and links up with manager Ricky Marheineke for the second time in three seasons following his departure at the end of the 2014/15 season due to work commitments.
Since his departure, Hall has had successful spells at Godmanchester Rovers, Cambridge City, St Neots Town and Kettering Town.
Hall’s pace, power and willingness to stretch defences, resulted in him scoring 23 goals last season.
Marheineke said: “James is another very good signing and I’m delighted he has decided to return to the club. He is an exceptionally hard working and energetic striker who doesn’t give defenders a moment of rest.
“He’s developed into an excellent Southern Premier player over the last eighteen months and his goalscoring record at our level speaks for itself. I’ve known James for many years and I’m really looking forward to working with him again”.
