Anwar Uddin has made his mark as manager of Ryman League Division One North club Ware as no less than fifteen players are released and four signed.
Of the players released there are some surprises. In that category is Tom Bradbury, who was making his mark as young a central defender, appearing in thirty-five out of Ware`s thirty-nine matches so far.
Kyle Forster, removed as number one keeper then re-instated, has also gone.
Perhaps the writing was on the wall when Darren Behcet was signed but he may also have taken the chance to try again at Aylesbury FC – now managed by Davis Haule, who played one game for Ware early in this season.
That is where Brian Haule went after an injury-hit season reduced him to thirty appearances, albeit that he scored 14 goals in those matches, and now has re-united with his brother at the Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central outfit.
A number of other players have been released in what appears to be a tidying up process with goalkeepers Clarke Bogard, Ashley Harris Lewis Todd and Joe Simmonds in that category.
Others on their way are Luis Fernandes, Jordan Odofin, Connor Bolton (back to Enfield Town), Nathan Mukuna, Josh Oyinsan, James Mays, Simon Mensah and Paolo Montella. The last named is a member of Ware`s under-18s and will expect to continue his successful time with them.
Coming in are Rokas Janilionis, a centre-back signed from Bishop’s Stortford who was previously with Canvey Island and Thurrock, Russell Harley, a goalkeeper previously with Essex Senior League side Enfield 1893 and coming in as number two to Darren Behcet, Teo Borozam, a midfielder signed from another Essex Senior outfit, Sporting Bengal, and Imedd Kartita, an attacking midfielder signed from Enfield Town and previously with Reading.
