Pacey winger Joe Carden has moved to Cambridge City from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division rivals and landlords St Ives Town.
Carden is a former Histon youth team player who joined the Saints in May 2016.
He had forced his way into the Stutes` squad during the 2015/16 season and had worked with St Ives` boss Ricky Marheineke at Histon.
His technical qualities matched with his pace make him a real asset.
