Ex-Wigan and Everton Star Leaves Villa

North West Counties League Division One club Northwich Villa have announced that manager…

….Kevin Langley has left the club by mutual consent.

Langley, the former Wigan, Everton, Manchester City and Birmingham midfielder, was appointed Villa boss in July 2011.

He has previously managed Bangor City, Congleton Town, Kidsgrove Athletic and Witton Albion.

An interim management team is in the process of guiding the football club over the coming few weeks, pending the recruitment of a new manager.

The club have thanked Langley for his continued efforts during a difficult start to the season and have wished him every success in his future ventures.
