Gordon Boateng, manager of Vanarama National League South club Bishop`s Stortford, has strengthened his defensive option with the signing of centre-half Zac Fagan.
The 21-year-old player for Arsenal at both under-21 and under-18 levels, and can also play in central defence.
While with the Gunners he had a loan spell at Boreham Wood before joining Welling United in 2014 where he scored 9 goals in thirty-four games.
He joined Braintree Town in the summer and has now moved on to the Blues, and will be available for Saturday’s trip to East Thurrock United.
Meanwhile, Boeteng has released Scott Shulton and Lee Sawyer, along with development squad player Cameron Hefferman.
