Ryman League Division One South club Walton Casuals have announced the appointment of Anthony Gale as their new first-team manager.
Gale will be joined by Jack Johnson as assistant-manager.
The changes, which follow shortly after the news of a groundshare with Ryman Premier outfit Merstham, also see Lee Maylon introduced as the new kit manager and Devon West joining Hayley Archibald as the club physiotherapists.
Gale has been a well-known face around the club for many years, having featured 276 times over a nine-year spell, making him the second highest appearance maker in the recorded history of the club.
Finding the net on 51 occasions as a player, he also sits in sixth in the all-time goalscoring charts.
The son of chairman Tony Gale, he took charge of his first game last Saturday, guiding the Casuals to a promising 7-1 victory over Combined Counties League outfit Spelthorne Sports.
He was also joined on the touchline by his new number two, Jack Johnson.
Johnson has come from a family heavily involved in football, and has numerous family members involved in professional football.
