Kevin Horlock, manager of Ryman League Division One North leaders Maldon & Tiptree has added young striker George Clarke to his squad at Park Drive.

Clarke, signs for The Jammers having left AFC Sudbury at the end of last season.

He signed for Sudbury, from the Jammers Essex rivals Brightlingsea Regent, where he had been since January 2015.

The 20-year-old started his career with the Needham Market academy, which included playing some first-team football before he joined the academy at Ipswich Town and after a year, he left Ipswich to re-join Needham.

Clarke is currently on his way back from an injury which has seen him miss the whole season to date. However, it is hoped he`ll be available for selection in the near future.

Following a run of niggling injuries, Darren Mills has extended his loan spell at Coggeshall Town.

Mills has been on loan at Thurlow Nunn League Division One side Coggeshall Town since September. However, he has featured for the Jammers in-between.

Mills has extended his loan spell until the end of the 2016/17 season as he aims to re-build his fitness in time for the 2017/18 season.

Since Mills signed for the club, he has scored 12 goals in forty-four appearances.

Meanwhile, towering central defender George Eussman has been released from the club.

Eussman, who last played for the club against Billericay Town in the Buildbase FA Trophy, has been released with immediate effect.

He signed for the Jammers in the close season from Ware and went on to make fourteen appearances for the club.
