Paul Cox, manager of Vanarama National League club Barrow AFC, was a happy man as he bolstered his fledgling squad with three more players.
First to sign on the dotted line was winger Lindon Meikle, who has exercised his release clause with National League South outfit Alfreton Town allowing him to join a higher league club.
Meikle began last season at York City before moving to Macclesfield Town and then Alfreton.
Cox only just missed on his former Mansfield Town player then due to transfer window complications.
Second to commit was impressive midfielder Andy Parry, who joined Barrow from Luton Town in February after a successful loan spell.
Meanwhile, signing his fourth successive deal at Holker Street was Alex-Ray Harvey who, like many, was rejuvenated under Cox in the last quarter of last season.
All have signed one year deals with one-year appearance-based options.
