Vanarama National League North club Harrogate Town have signed well-travelled forward Lassana Sidibe.

Sidibe can play up front or on the wing. Quick and comfortable on the ball, Sidibe spent most of his early career in Holland with RBC Roosendaal.

Lassana is the younger brother of Mamady Sidibe, the former Gillingham and Stoke City striker and first played for North West Counties League side Eccleshall when moving to England.

He signed for Dover Athletic in March 2009, making his debut at Heybridge Swifts in the Ryman League.

After his spell with Dover, he returned to the Potteries to play for Newcastle Town.

He moved to France to play for Issy-les-Moulineaux and Luzenac and was most recently with Tobacco-Customs FC in the Thai Premier League and then Al Ramtha in the Jordanian League.
