Vanarama National League South club Chelmsford City have signed goalkeeper Ross Fitzsimons following a really brief spell with National League neighbours Braintree Town.
Braintree signed Fitzsimons earlier this month to fill the goalkeeping spot following Jamie Butler’s suspension.
The 22-year-old started his career as a youngster at Crystal Palace before moving on to Bolton Wanderers two years ago.
Fitzsimons also spent time last season on loan at National League South side Bishop’s Stortford.
