Club captain Dan Bragoli has left Blue Square Bet North club Hinckley United after his local side, Evo-Stik Northern….

….Premier League Premier Division Rushall Olympic, submitted a seven-day request last week.

A highly competitive player with a good engine, he originally transferred to Dales Lane from Willenhall Town during the summer of 2006, but by August 2006 he had already moved on to Tipton Town following an eve of season managerial change at the club.

He began his career with Shrewsbury Town and also had international call-ups from Wales at under-14, under-15 and under-16 level.

In the non-League game he had spells with Stourport Swifts and later played professionally in the USA with Wilmington Hammerhead.

He rejoined Stourport, but then had spells with Hednesford Town, Willenhall, Chasetown and Tipton, where he made almost 250 appearances.

As skipper he led out Tipton in their historic FA Cup First Round proper tie at Carlisle United, which they eventually lost 6-0 back in November 2010.

He re-signed for Rushall from Tipton during the summer of 2011 to begin a second spell at Dales Lane before switching to the Knitters in December 2011.

With a new addition to the Bragoli family imminent, he felt that a move closer to home would be beneficial for personal reasons.
