The midfielder began his career with the youth academy of Real Oviedo before moving on to the FC Barcelona youth system.
A former Spanish under-17 international he won the under-17 championships, beating England 1-0 in the final as well as being a finalist in the under-17 world Cup, alongside, among others, Manchester United’s David De Gea, and losing the final on penalties.
As a senior player, he made his debut for Malaga B in the 2008/9 campaign, playing 35 times and scoring twice.
He remained at Malaga B for the following season, adding another 23 appearances.
The following campaign he had a short spell with Cadiz before returning to Real Oviedo, and their B side scoring once in 12 matches earning a call up to the club’s senior side, where he played four times.
Last season he was with Caudal in the Spanish Segunda Division B, the third level in the Spanish pyramid.
