Dulwich Hamlet have added another new addition to their squad for the new season in Steve Sutherland from Ryman League Premier Division rivals Metropolitan Police.

Hamlet boss Gavin Rose announced that he has recruited the central defender, as he continues to mould his squad for the new season.

A quick central defender aged 32, he signed for the Met in 2007 and was made club captain.

A member of the 2010/11 Ryman League Division One South championship-winning team, he captained the Met team that beat AFC Wimbledon in the London Senior Cup final in 2010.

Player of the year for 2013/14, his previous clubs include Walton Casuals and Tooting & Mitcham United.
