Its` been a busy few days at Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South club Sutton Coldfield Town with three…

….players departing and three new faces added to the ranks at Coles Lane.

With Phil Male deciding to leave in search of regular football and Ben Bailey and Ben Richards-Everton returning to their parent clubs after the loan deals expired, manager Chris Keogh has moved quickly and brought in three new faces.

Defender Scott Lycett joins from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side Leamington, forward Luke Chapman comes in from NPL Premier outfit Stafford Rangers and midfielder Lee Parsons has joined from Stafford`s league rivals Chasetown.

Keogh said: “It was important we kept the squad strong losing these three is a big loss and add to that losing Macca we had to move to bring in players.

“We have not just brought in lads to make the numbers up all three have come from the league above and will be pushing for a regular start in the team. It also keeps other players on their toes knowing that we are bringing in quality players.”
