Gloucester City have added versatile right-sided player James Fitzgibbon to their squad for the upcoming Vanarama National League North season.
Fitzgibbon has played in both of The Tigers` pre-season friendlies so far this campaign and has impressed with his performances.
He made fourteen appearances for Frome Town last season providing a number of assists and scoring once.
Fitzgibbon is now studying at Hartpury College and manager Tim Harris is pleased with his latest acquisition.
“James has a really great work ethic and a fantastic attitude. He made an impact in the friendly with Tuffley Rovers and we can see him doing the same this season.
“He possesses genuine pace, is a good deliverer of the ball and is also a very good finisher of the ball.
“We know that he will complement the squad well in terms of adding a competitive edge that comes with his versatility in several positions”.
