Noon re-joins the club from Skrill North neighbours Vauxhall Motors, whilst Wright joins from NPL First Division North side Northwich Victoria and prior to that was with Skelmersdale United, scoring for the Blues in the 2-2 draw at the Arriva Stadium on August Bank Holiday Monday.
Noon was also in his second spell with Motors, having re-signed for them in February 2013 from Warrington Town.

While at Bangor he played in the UEFA Cup for the Welshmen.
Twenty-four-year-old Wright signed for Skem in the summer of 2012 having previously represented Prescot Cables and Warrington Town.
He played a key part in the promotion-winning side during his time at the West Lancashire College Stadium, scoring many important goals, before switching to Vics in October.
